My name is Kathy Riggle, owner
of Staging Smart N Sold, serving the Houston
Bay Area/Friendswood/Pearland. As a certified house staging
professional trained by Home Staging Resource, I can create
a home with such a memorable first impression that
buyers will visualize living there immediately. Investing
in my home staging services offers a huge return in how
quickly a home sells and for maximum profit.
I learned
the importance of customer service from a ten year
career in retail and human resources training. Then I
successfully co-owned a small business for seven years.
During this time I have also bought, enhanced, and sold
numerous personal residences by learning “smart
decorating to sell” techniques. It has been this former
hobby that led me to complete the home staging certification
and to offer my enthusiasm for real estate staging as a
proven solution for selling a home.
