CONSULTATION FOR STAGING OR REDESIGN
All services begin with a consultation and walk-thru at your home.  YOU explain the home’s best features as well as any problems.  We will help you visualize those “buyer’s first impressions” as we take photos. Notes will be taken to assist with any future written plans that you might request. At the end, you will be given a proposal of recommended smart design services and YOU customize what works with your budget. This consultation process can take from 1-2 hours. 

E-STAGING
For homes located outside our service area, we can provide an Electronic Staging Consultation based on property photos that you provide and information you share in telephone interviews. 

HALF DAY STAGING
Working from a written plan that you have agreed upon, we will spend 3-4 hours on the most critical areas. The homeowner will be responsible for removing items plus all cleaning in advance, so that the professional stager can focus on transforming the most important areas of the home. 

FULL DAY STAGING
Working from an agreed upon plan, we will spend 6-8 hours to stage the home.  If the homeowner wants more assistance or has more square feet to transform, this service is recommended.   

SHOPPING SERVICES
Accessories “set the stage” for an emotional connection with the home.  If you would like assistance in selecting items that can also be used in your next home, we have an hourly rate for shopping. We know where to shop inexpensively!
